Mark has been the Senior Pastor of Highpoint Community Church in Port St. Lucie, Florida since 2000. He grew up in Staten Island, New York and moved to Florida in 1981 to attend college. Shortly after that he gave his life to Christ in what was then just a small church in Central Florida. Shortly after graduating from college he married his wife of 23 years, Joanne, and has been happily married ever since. They have no children but an awesome pug named Pudgy - who is spoiled beyond belief.

After graduating from college Mark worked as an Aeronautical Engineer for companies like McDonnell Douglas and Pratt & Whitney Aircraft. He designed jet aircraft and jet engine hardware that flew on the C-17 Globemaster and the F-22 Raptor. He eventually took a position with the accounting firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers and worked as a Senior Audit Manager (CPA) with them until making his transition into full time pastoral ministry. That transition was the culmination of a calling that God placed in his heart almost 20 years earlier.

His vision for Highpoint Community Church is to lead a group of Christ followers into creating a community of believers that is relevance oriented and worshiped centered reaching out to their city and the surrounding areas with the message of the Gospel. "We want to go where people are, connect them with the Gospel message, and lead them into a growing, ongoing, and life giving relationship with God and other believers." - Mark.
